Impact Statement
The Royal Medieval Faire is a magical day where the medieval period comes alive in the 21st century. The day is full of games, medieval performers, vendors, dramatic productions, musicians, and swordplay. Every year, this Non-Profit Faire relies on dedicated volunteers to bring the festival alive and attract thousands of patrons to the annual event.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Tracking of signage inventory
- As necessary, working with Graphic Designer to create and order signage
- Set-Up and tear-down of signage
- Support and monitor the signage throughout the day, ensuring materials are placed in appropriate locations and visible
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and independently
Outstanding organizational skills with superior attention to detail
Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities with limited supervision

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Orientation and Training provided by organization.
Working Conditions: Ability to lift 20 - 30lbs. The Faire takes place rain or shine, so must be willing to work in all types of weather.

Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening, Anytime
Required to be available for festival day on, Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Timing will vary depending on number and type of signage we set up. Occasional meetings required from August to end of September.
