Position: Learn with a Friend Tutors - Math, ESL and Chemistry Upgrading
Location: 44 Francis Street South, Kitchener, ON, Canada

The ability to communicate has a great impact on an individual's health and well being and increases their sense of belonging. As well,KDCHC supports the building of individual capacity, and our Learn with a Friend tutors work with adult learners who are upgrading their skills for further education or for employment.
Description: In this role, you support the learner as they work towards learning goals. Experience in tutoring or teaching is a definite asset. We are looking for ESL tutors, math tutors (specifically in functions and calculus) and a tutor for senior high school level chemistry to work with adult learners.
Training Details: General orientation to KDCHC and to the Learn with a Friend role is provided. Training is provided online and in person.
Working Conditions: Office setting
Duration: 3 months or less
Timing: Anytime
Time Detail: This role requires 1 to 2 hours per week for at least 3 months.
