Adults In Motion is a place where participants can make new friends and social connections, practice new or learned skills, volunteer in their community, participate in fun and engaging programming, keep active and more! Looking for a rewarding way to give back to your community? Interested in making a difference in the lives of others and gaining some experience? Well, look no further!
We are looking for a compassionate, positive, creative, and quick thinking individuals to help assist with programming. You will have opportunities to assist with our regular programming, as well as small group and 1:1 opportunities. OR do you have a special skill you'd like to share with us? We love trying new (and old!) things. Let us know! Experience with persons with disabilities is an asset, but not required.

Age: 18+

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Volunteer training will be provided by Adults In Motion.
Working Conditions: Working with individuals with developmental disabilities at the program site. (Opportunities available in Kitchener and Cambridge)
Accessibility: Accessible work space, Support Newcomers
Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 3 months or less
Weekday - Daytime
The day program runs from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Minimum 2 hour scheduled time commitments are appreciated, to be further discussed upon meet and greet.
