Description Responsibilities: • Work with a team or independently when building homes • Work with building tools safely • Work with and follow instructions from Crew Leaders • PPE and safety on-site at all times and knowing what is around you at all times • Maintain quality
Skills: • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs • Some on site construction experience is an asset but not mandatory • The willingness to learn • Excellent listening skills • Follow instructions
Requirements: • PPE green patch CSA approved steel-toe boots & Class E –Type II hard hat (available on site) • Dress for the weather • No shorts or excessively loose clothing • No dangling jewelry • Positive Attitude

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: • Build Site Volunteer Orientation • Construction Site Safety Training • Tour of the Build Site Working Conditions: • Exposure to the elements • Working on an active construction site with inherent safety risks • Working alone and or with a team
Accessibility: Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 3 months or less Weekday - Daytime Shifts available, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
