Position: Summer Yoga Instructor
Location: 465 Avenue Road, Cambridge, ON, Canada
Impact Statement: Our AIM Program provides a safe and supportive environment where adults with developmental disabilities can engage in meaningful activities that promote personal growth and community inclusion. It unites individuals who are interested in the bonds of friendship and helps develop skills to better understand social expectations and enable positive experiences in the community. The program also encourages activities that promote physical health and exercise and healthy eating.
Description: Do you like stretching? Are you looking to spread your love of Yoga with a group of fun individuals. You don’t need to be an expert, just someone who has a love for the stretch and is willing to teach us some of your moves!
Training Details: Training is provided by AIM staff.
Working Conditions: Indoor Day program setting. We have a gym, mats and Bluetooth stereo to set ambiance.
Duration: 3 months or less
Timing: Weekday - Daytime
Time Detail: There is flexibility according to what hours you would be available. Generally we are looking for a 30 minute commitment around 11:00 am or 1:30 pm; we are open Monday-Friday.
