Located in Cambridge, Ontario Fairview Seniors Community is a continuing care Retirement community providing a Health & Wellness Centre, Independent Living and Long Term Care. Volunteers support a wide breadth of programs, activities and support for the Seniors living at and participating in our Campus life.

Description
In this role you would be working at Fairview Seniors Centre in their cafe/store to cover shifts when others take vacation in January - March.
Tasks include: Ring in cafe/store sales, assist with coffee/tea, price items, cash out till at end of day, light sweeping or wiping of tables, cash out register at end of shift, open and close (lock/unlock, lights, prop doors, turn on A/C etc).

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Orientation. Cash register training is provided.
Working Conditions: Mask required at all times (provided to you), COVID test provided onsite.
Accessibility: Designated accessible parking space
Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 3 months or less
Weekday - Daytime
Shifts are: January, February,& half of March: Thursdays AM shift 8:30-11:30am
February: Tuesdays AM shift 8:30-11:30am
February: Thursday PM shift 2-4pm
You would also need to come in 20 mins. prior to your shift for your Covid Rapid test each scheduled day.
