Adults In Motion is a not-for-profit day program for adults with developmental disabilities. Participants often join after highschool and bring with them their amazing skills, talents and dreams! Adults In Motion is a place where participants can make new friends and social connections, practice new or learned skills, volunteer in their community, participate in fun and engaging programming, keep active and more! Looking for a rewarding and safe way to give back to your community? Interested in making a difference in the lives of others and gaining virtual programming experience? Well, look no further!

We are looking for a compassionate, positive, creative, and quick thinking individual to help plan, implement, and facilitate virtual programing over zoom. This individual must be tech savvy (can use zoom!), flexible, out going, confident, and have reliable wifi. Experience with persons with disabilities is an asset, but not required.

Age: 18+

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: Volunteer training will be provided by Adults In Motion.
Working Conditions: Working with individuals with developmental disabilites at home over zoom.
Accessibility: Accessible work space, Support Newcomers
Transportation: NONE Needed

Time Commitment

Duration: 3 months or less
Weekday - Daytime
Virtual Programming runs from 8:30am to 4:15pm. 1(or more!) hour scheduled time commitments are appreciated, to be further discussed upon meet and greet.
