Deconstruction Volunteers

Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region

   About the Position

Impact Statement
Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region builds homes which we sell to local families in need of safe, decent, affordable housing. Our Mission is to mobilize volunteers and community partners in helping to achieve this goal. Everything that we do is accomplished through the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers. You can help local families achieve strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable home ownership by volunteering with us.

As part of the Salvage team, volunteers assist in the safe and gentle removal of products and materials from renovators and individuals who are undertaking renovations. Removals consist primarily of kitchens, although they are not restricted to this.
