   About the Position

Impact Statement
The Women’s English Conversation Circle was created to help newcomer women practice speaking English in a supportive environment. iHelp International runs this initiative to provide women with opportunities to gather, improve their English skills, build confidence in speaking, and form meaningful friendships and connections.
As a Coffee Making Assistant, your role contributes to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing participants to enjoy conversations over coffee and refreshments. Your commitment helps foster a sense of community, making the experience even more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Description
Your role will be to help with preparing coffee and refreshments for the group.
Your job will be to put water and coffee in the coffee maker and let it make coffee.

Then you will put the cookies on the plate and organize them on the table.
At the end of the program, you will put everything in the box.

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: The Group Coordinator will show you how to make the coffee and how to arrange it, as explained. You will not be alone for this task, someone else will help you as well.
Working Conditions: This position requires a commitment of two hours per week. Your responsibilities include preparing coffee, which takes approximately 20 minutes, and cleaning up afterward, which requires another 20 minutes to return everything to its original place. The remaining time is spent engaging with other women, participating in conversations, and building friendships in a warm and welcoming environment.

Time Commitment

Duration: 4 - 6 months
Weekday - Daytime
10:00 am - 12:00 noon, on Mondays and/or Wednesdays
