   About the Position

Impact Statement
By volunteering at Steckle, you will make a major impact on the animals, gardens, and children who bring so much joy and magic to the 191 year old homestead. Spend time outside, get some fresh air, and make some memories at Steckle!

Description
Help to maintain educational, sensory and flower beds around the farm. Volunteer position is flexible between Monday to Friday, 900 am to 400 pm and will work with others at times and under direction of Farm Education Manager.


Position Qualifications

Ideal for: An Individual, A Group
Age: 18+

Area(s) of Interest: Heritage/Museum, Environment, Maintenance

Skill(s): Collaboration, Communicate in Plain Language, Stewardship, Self-Motivation, Designing


Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: Training will be provided on site with other available staff.
Working Conditions:
Transportation: On a bus route


Time Commitment

Duration: 3 months or less
Weekday - Daytime
