Impact Statement The Grand Valley Trail was built and maintained through a large network of volunteer maintenance workers who ensure a strong and safe trail system. A volunteer Board of Directors administers this not-for-profit organization and therefore we would not exist if not for our enthusiastic volunteers. As a member of our team, you will help promote hiking and hiking related activities and events.

Description The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing events for the assocation.
Primary Responsibilities: - Check emails for planned events. - Create and organize tasks for the event. Work with Volunteers to fulfill these roles. - Work with Projects & Special Events Director to manage and report on the status of these events.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Orientation to the organization, and the board is provided. This volunteer position is aligned with the Projects & Special Events Director. Working Conditions: Communication is done by phone / email. You may be asked to attend in-person events as needed. Accessibility: Transportation: NONE Needed

Time Commitment
Duration: 1 year or more Anytime The time required will depend upon the events to be scheduled. Volunteers can be asked to assist for large events.
