Description
The Volunteer Services Committee’s mandate is to develop and execute a Festival Volunteer program that focuses on five key pillars:
Volunteer Recruitment
Volunteer Communication
Volunteer Engagement
Volunteer Safety, Equity and Training
Volunteer Retention & Recognition

Ideal for: An Individual
Age: 19+
Area(s) of Interest: Communication/Public Relations, Leadership/Management, Mentoring / Tutoring
Skill(s): Coaching, Interpersonal Communication, Facilitation and Training, Event Management, Motivate Others, Respect

Training Details: Working alongside the Volunteer Services Committee and the KWO Staff members

Time Commitment
Duration: 1 year or more
Weekday - Evening
Attend Monthly meetings, and follow up specific tasks. You may be required to attend an event or two during the festival.
