The Royal Medieval Faire is a magical day where the medieval period comes alive in the 21st century. The day is full of games, medieval vendors and performers, including dramatic productions, musicians and swordplay. Every year, the Faire relies on dedicated volunteers to bring the festival alive and attract thousands of patrons for the annual event.

Description
The Volunteer on The Royal Medieval Faire team will be responsible for creating advertisements, posters, and a logo to fit the theme of the year. This role is required to connect with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Connect with Marketing Coordinator to create flyers and various sized advertisements/social media graphics
- Connect with the Artistic Director to create posters and a themed logo for the year
- Connect with the Performer Coordinator, Vendor Coordinator, and the Royal Medieval Faire Board to create the programme and day-of signage
- Ensure sponsor requirements are accurately captured in all advertising artwork, faire programme and on-site faire day sponsor poster boards
- After the faire, submit a written report to the board stating what went well, what did not go well, and suggestions for improvements.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Orientation and training provided by the organization.
Working Conditions: Work on computer and email independently. Occasional meetings. Support and training provided by friendly board member. Full day on-site in the park day expected.
