Description
The Kitchener and Waterloo Stroke Recovery Chapter is currently seeking a Treasurer to join the Executive Team. The role is responsible for providing general financial oversight for the Chapter, the signing authority for financial decisions of the Chapter, and is responsible for monitoring the budget including tracking expected revenue/expenses and reporting budget details to committee members during the meetings.

The Successful Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, an understanding of financial reports, basic computer knowledge, and some experience in analyzing budgets. Knowledge of stroke recovery is preferred. Must be willing to get a Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
