For Those in Need

Impact Statement
As agencies in our area work to keep people safe, there is great need for individual health and wellness supplies. Pack one or more kits of much needed items, and these kits will be donated to the people who need it most across Waterloo Region.

Description
We know you and your workplace are dedicated to giving back to your community in multiple ways. This activity allows you to show some local love for community from the comfort of your own home. This activity includes buying the kit items, and then packing them into kits. Visit our up to date lists at the link below to find current supplies needed and choose the kit(s) you would like to pack and donate. This opportunity can also work well with a team. Pack your kits together over Zoom! Once you have completed your kits, you can drop them off at United Way and we will send them to our agencies who need them most. (visit our website for a list of all our member agencies).

Working Conditions: Create a group of 3-10 of your colleagues who are interested in providing a message of hope or a package of items for those who would most need and appreciate it. Independent work but the more the merrier in the group!
