About the Position
	Impact Statement Special Olympics is founded on the belief that people with intellectual disabilities can, with proper instruction and encouragement, learn, enjoy and benefit from participation in individual and team sports.
	Description Join our coaching team for Special Olympics Nordic Skiing! The team meets from when the snow arrives until it is gone! Ski location: Rockway Golf course. If there is no snow athletes run instead of snowshoeing.
	Position Qualifications Ideal for: An Individual, A Group Age: 16+ Physical Demand Area(s) of Interest: Caring Support, Recreation/Sports Skill(s): Coaching, Playing
	Training / Work Condtions Training Details: Head coach will do an orientation session for new volunteers. Working Conditions: Accessibility: Transportation: On a bus route
	Time Commitment Duration: 4 - 6 months Weekday - Evening Sundays, 11:00-12:30
