Impact Statement Traverse Independence is a not-for-profit organization providing specialized services for over 350 adults with brain injuries and adults with physical disabilities across Waterloo/Wellington. The majority of our services focus on brain injury.

Description Our board's strategic plan drives us towards engagement, quality, best practice and serving those with significant challenges. Please consider joining our dynamic, progressive, and vibrant board and making a difference to our community and those we serve!
Duration: Term is for two years with the option to renew.

Training Details: You will receive comprehensive orientation and on-going training. Working Conditions: Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Support volunteers with special needs, Accessible work space, Support Newcomers Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 1 year or more Weekday - Evening Board Meetings are on the last Wednesday of each month (6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.) Meetings are currently virtual. Dinner is provided when meeting in person.
