March of Dimes Canada
March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is a leading national charity committed to championing equity, empowering ability, and creating real change that will help the more than six million people living with disabilities across the country unlock the richness of their lives. Our Mission is to be Canada’s leading service provider, resource, and advocate, empowering people with disabilities to live and thrive in communities nationwide. Our Vision is to create an inclusive, barrier-free society for people with disabilities. Within MODC, we have an After Stroke program that offers a personalized recovery program to help survivors, and their families move forward after a stroke. Our Mission is to deliver person-to-person support, educational opportunities, and innovative community-based programs that provide a connection to humanity, hope, and life after stroke.
