K-W Seniors Day Program Inc.

We are a non-profit community support Adult Day Program which supports seniors and older adults with physical disabilities, cognitive impairments and complex medical conditions to age at home with dignity through the provision of social, recreational group activities in a supervised and supportive environment while providing care partners with respite from their care giving role.
