   About the Position

Impact Statement
Our mission is to enhance the cultural experience in Waterloo Region through the delivery of accessible jazz music. This cannot be done without the many talented individuals who work together to support us through board or committee work or who donate their time throughout the three-day festival, ensuring that interactive dialogue, education and unique/innovative artistic programming is brought to the community.

Description
To oversee, and track all aspects of the UWJF’s financial management, working closely with other members of the Executive committee to safeguard the Festivals finances. To work closely with Festival Manager once a year for audit purposes and ensure smooth process of maintaining records.

Skill(s): Financial Planning, Counting, Calculating, Managing Money, Estimating


Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: Festival specific training/information provided.
Working Conditions:
Transportation: On a bus route


Time Commitment

Duration: 1 year or more
Anytime
Approximately 5 hours a month and attendance the entire festival weekend (or via other board proxy)
