The Grand Valley Trail was built and maintained through a large network of volunteer maintenance workers who ensure a strong and safe trail system. A volunteer Board of Directors administers this not-for-profit organization and therefore we would not exist if not for our enthusiastic volunteers. As a member of our team, you will help distribute brochures throughout the area.

Description
The Brochure Distribution Coordinator is responsible for managing the GVTA Brochure inventory and fulfilling requests sent to you by email.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Check emails for requests.
- Package, address and mail / send brochures within 7 days of getting the order.
- Work with Secretary to manage inventory levels online, manage requests, manage packaging and report on distribution.
- Arrange for delivery for any special events. For example, we may need some brochures to be delivered to Hiking event, or, market.
- Manage the Brochure inventory.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Training will be provided. This volunteer position is aligned with the Secretary.
Working Conditions: You will work from home on your computer/laptop to receive store orders. Packaging materials will be provided. You will need space to store the brochures in a clean, smoke- and pet- free area.

The time required will depend upon the order. This is a team position - if you are not available to process an order, it is expected that you communicate timelines quickly to the recipient and the team.
