Position: Set-up & Take-Down Volunteers - Belmont Village Bestival

Impact Statement: Your time, knowledge, enthusiasm and skills can contribute building an inclusive, family friendly celebration of community. Belmont Village Bestival brings local artists to the Village to celebrate music and other artistic expressions in this beautiful gem within the City of Kitchener.
Description: Assistance is needed in all aspects of site set up and take down, including table, chair and tent set up, traffic control, garbage can placement, street signs, advertising banners and more. Duties will be varied and time sensitive.
Training Details: Training will be provided by event organizers either in advance or on the day of, depending on task. Support will be available on site at all times for questions.
Working Conditions: You will be working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. Physical activity will be required, an ability to bend, stretch lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds is an asset.
Duration: Special event
Timing: Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening
Time Detail: Two hour shifts will be posted in advance for sign-up, with people welcome to take multiple shifts if interested. Shifts will be available between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. Saturday September 14th
