Impact Statement
KW Habilitation is a not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of individualized services and supports to children with any special need and adults with developmental disabilities. We believe that a good life is fostered through early learning supports, inclusive living services, community involvement, and employment supports. Our Farm is an unfunded program located on 10 acres of property on the edge of Waterloo. We use organic growing practices to grow food on over 1/3 of an acre, and everything we grow is provided free of charge to the people we work for. This decreases the cost of groceries and gives people access to fresh veggies for more than 6 months of the year. Any left-over produce is then donated to other community organizations.

We are currently looking for a group to assist in May. Date and times can be discussed with our team and yours.
Spring Garden bed preparation at Our Farm. Help get the growing season started, and support the mission of Our Farm and KW Habilitation.
This position is ideal for a corporate or group who would like to spend a day supporting our sustainable gardening initiative
