Description
SHORE IS CELEBRATING 50 YEARS! We are looking for a team of youth who are interested in Accessible Sexual Health Education and Reproductive Justice to work with us and gain a new understanding of the journey SHORE Centre has experienced over the last 50 years.
A 12-week arts workshop series, in which youth will listen and respond visually through various art media to stories shared by Executive Directors, Volunteers, Educators, and Service Users of SHORE Centre from the last 50 years. Visual archives and media will be available. These visuals will eventually be used to design an interactive website celebration 50 years of SHORE Centre.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Facilitator Catherine Mellinger will lead a 12-week arts workshop series.
Working Conditions: We're looking for people who are:
1. Interested in Accessible Sexual Health Education and Reproductive Justice.
2. Interested in learning Reproductive Justice history in Waterloo Region.
4. Interested in the arts, and have experience with media arts
5. Interested in designing an interactive visual website.
6. Able to attend weekly sessions from mid-April to July (12 weeks)
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Support volunteers with special needs, Accessible work space, Support Newcomers
