Fabulous Finds Gift shop raises funds to benefit the Sunnyside community.

Description
Clerks are needed in the Fabulous Finds Gift Shop at Sunnyside to sell items to residents, family members, volunteers and the general public. Clerks usually work in pairs. Shifts are generally from 3 - 4 hours weekly or every other week. Retail experience is helpful.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Volunteers attend a general volunteer orientation session and then receive some sessions of training in the Gift Shop before beginning volunteer placement.
Working Conditions: Position requires standing, may involve bending, walking around the store and assisting shoppers.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Accessible work space
Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 1 year or more
Weekday - Daytime, Weekend - Daytime
Volunteers are needed for Saturdays, once or twice a month from 11:30 - 3:30 p.m. Weekday shifts are sometimes also available on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
