Impact Statement
The aims and objectives of this organization shall be:
a. To strive toward friendly community spirit and positive environment.
b. To foster a safe, healthy and vibrant community.
c. To encourage the participation of all residents of the area and in all age groups.
d. To co-operate with existing groups in this area so that a well-coordinated program of activities will result which are mutually beneficial.
e. To encourage the best use of present assets and the development of new assets as needed.
f. To be open as possible, without being denominational or partisan.
g. To encourage civic participation by its members, while not backing any particular political party or candidate.

Description
Volunteer Roles include:
- Ice Cream Area -Scooping/Serving
- Volunteer rest area (serve, tidy) *
- Games/ Rides -Take tickets, oversee lines
- Gates and entrances (count crowd, direct cars for vendors, musicians)
- Set up event 7-11am *
- Volunteer sign in/out tent
- Tear down event 5-7pm *
- Waste Management and Recycling
- All Things Cherry (Baked Goods)
- Children’s games and crafts area
Volunteers can work at various activities throughout the day

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Information needed to help with each area. Training on day of event at beginning of shift in addition to email when application is accepted before the day of the event.
Working Conditions: Outdoors all day rain or shine. Busy active day. Volunteer rest area with food and beverages. Lots of support. Some lifting of tables and chairs and 10x10 tents. Proof of volunteer hours on request.
Accessibility: Designated accessible parking space, Support volunteers with special needs, Support Newcomers
Transportation: On a bus route
