Impact Statement Take part in the 25th year of Woolwich's own medieval festival!

Description The 2025 Robin in the Hood Festival is upon us once again, volunteers are very much needed for the Education Day on Thursday June 5th, 2025.
Education Day will be split into two – 3-hour shifts: 8:30am to 11:30am and 11:30am to 2:30pm. We need as many people as possible to assist with the 300+ grade four students’ arrival and departure from Gibson Park and to help monitor the students and to ensure that our actors are happy, well watered and fed. Roles include: Greeters: Greet each school and match their group(s) to their assigned tour guide(s). Ensure that busses are all facing the right way should they come from the wrong direction. Reloading the Busses: Matching busses to their classes Gate Patrols: Positioned at secondary entrances, escorting public through the park Lunch Time Supervisors: Stationed near the bathrooms to keep the area clean and the line-up flowing. Picking up trash that may have been left from the schools.

Training Details: Training provided on site. Working Conditions: You will be outside all day. Please bring sunscreen and water. Accessibility: Support volunteers with special needs, Support Newcomers Transportation: Car required
