Impact Statement A Caring Community Which Values and Fosters the Worth and Lifestyle of All.
What is Trinity Village’s Non-profit Board?
Our non-profit board is a group of people committed to the organization’s mission who oversee the long-term direction of the organization. As a team we are fiduciaries, which means we are bound to make decisions that are in Trinity Village’s best interest.
|
|
Description The board is not in charge of the day-to-day operations as that responsibility falls to the lead executive(s). However, the board is responsible for ensuring the business has all the necessary legal, ethical, financial, and overall good governance policies in place to succeed long-term.
In addition, our board is also responsible to make sure Trinity Village has all the resources it needs to live out its mission—in other words, fundraising support which plays an important role in helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
