Impact Statement We believe we have the best camp staff around! Being a volunteer is often the first step towards becoming a staff member at the Royal City Soccer Club. Many of our volunteers go on to work as Camp Counsellors or Regional Supervisors! Volunteers are treated like staff and are expected to maintain a good work ethic by assisting all staff onsite, providing a fun and safe learning atmosphere for campers.
