Impact Statement Are you trained in first aid and looking for an opportunity to give back to your community? The Rotary Club of Kitchener Grand River is hosting Skate 48, our annual fundraiser, and we need your skills to ensure the safety and well-being of participants and attendees.

Description We’re seeking multiple volunteers who: Are trained in first aid (current certification required). Are comfortable and confident in providing first aid assistance. Can commit to a specific shift or the entire event duration.
What You’ll Do: Be on-site to assist with any minor injuries or medical concerns (we aim for zero!). Collaborate with event organizers to ensure safety protocols are followed. Help create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a great cause while putting your skills to good use.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: A current first aid certificate will be requested to demonstrate proof of training. Working Conditions: The role will indoors be at the Kitchener Auditorium. In the event of an injury, there may be a need to temporary go into the ice rink area or on the ice. Transportation: On a bus route
