The Salvation Army exists to share the love of Jesus Christ, meet human needs and be a transforming influence in the communities of our world.

Description
This position is one Monday evening each month approximately 7:30 - 8:45 pm. It entails using our Family Care Centre cargo van to pick-up a bread donation at Cobs Bread. It involves driving the van, packing bread and buns into bins, loading the bins into the cargo van, unloading the bins back at our building. A second individual will be with you.

A clean drivers abstract is required.

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: You would accompany another driver to learn the routine.
Working Conditions: Driving, lifting, bending, twisting. Various weather conditions.
Transportation: On a bus route


Time Commitment

Duration: 4 - 6 months
Weekday - Evening
One Monday evening per month (4th Monday).
