Rhythm & Blues Cambridge, a grassroots organization led by Black women, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. We aim to empower, inform, and inspire the Black community in Cambridge through programs, events, and partnerships that celebrate and showcase the Black experience.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: If selected for the position, we will be engaging our consulting team to conduct comprehensive board training to enhance governance, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. Working Conditions: Our board meetings will be flexible, offering both in-person and remote attendance options, with a commitment of 5-10 hours of engagement per month. Accessibility: Accessible work space Transportation: Car required
