Description Do you love solving puzzles and being a planner? We are seeking a volunteer to assist and support the organization's operation of the Stanley Park Ball program by ensuring teams and playing schedules are organized for the season.
Duties and Responsibilities: Organize and create teams in the 5 leagues (Blastball, Jr. T-Ball, Sr. T-Ball, Jr. 3-Pitch, Sr. 3-Pitch) Adhere to mutual friend requests made by participants in creating teams Arrange team schedules on predetermined playing days (i.e., Monday or Wednesday) Attend committee meetings monthly from September to December and biweekly from January to April (virtual evenings)

Time Commitment
Duration: 7 - 12 months Weekday - Evening, Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening This position runs from September until July with an option for renewal each year This position requires a higher time commitment in January to April (approximately 6-8 hours per week)
