Description Do you have a knack for organization and enjoy supporting community programs?
We are seeking a volunteer to assist and support the organization's operation of the Stanley Park Ball program by ensuring the equipment is in good working condition & that teams have what they need to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the program has the necessary equipment before the start of ball season Arrange for the repair or replacement of broken/damaged equipment as needed Document inventory before and after the ball season, replenish as needed Monitor and track equipment loaned to teams and participants
Qualifications:
T-Ball/Baseball experience is a strong asset Experience with sports equipment procurement is an asset Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Experience with equipment repair and maintenance Working knowledge of Google Suite for communication purposes

Time Commitment
Duration: 7 - 12 months Weekday - Evening, Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening This position runs from September to July with an option for renewal each year The position requires a higher time commitment in April, May, and September (approximately 3 to 4 hours per week) and less time in the other months
