Reep Green Solutions is seeking a proactive and technically proficient volunteer to manage our organization’s website using WordPress. As the Website Management Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence to effectively communicate our mission and engage our community.

Description
Responsibilities
Content Management; Website Optimization; Technical Maintenance; Design and Layout; Analytics and Reporting; Integration and Development; Marketing Integration
Qualifications:
Proficiency in website management for WordPress and Elementor is required;
Experience with MailChimp and MS Forms;
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to effectively organize website information in visually appealing ways;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to work independently;
An interest in and commitment to community sustainability;
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Reference check and Criminal Records Check will be required

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: The Communications team will familiarize the candidate with our website and branding
Working Conditions: This is a remote opportunity with the potential to work in person on occasion if desired.
Term: We are looking for a minimum of a 1 year commitment from a dedicated volunteer, donating approximately 3-5 hours per month, as well as attendance at occasional meetings.
Majority of work can be conducted independently and remotely on your own schedule.
Transportation: NONE Needed
