Volunteers walk alongside those in our community who need food, housing, community resources or addiction treatment. Volunteers are vital in ensuring that everyone can belong and thrive.

Description
Our Kingsdale Neighborhood Food Program is looking for volunteers to assist with their weekly food distribution program. This position involves interacting with the public in a friendly manner, while assisting the Community Development Worker (CDW) in leading and implementing the food hamper program.

Age: 15+

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: Training and guidance provided on-site.
Working Conditions: Indoors
Transportation: On a bus route


Time Commitment

Duration: 4 - 6 months
Weekday - Daytime
Wednesday morning/afternoons. Shifts from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 9:30 AM – 11:30AM
and 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
