   About the Position

Impact Statement
Volunteers walk alongside those in our community who need food, housing, community resources or addiction treatment. Volunteers are vital in ensuring that everyone can belong and thrive.

Students within the community are looking for a volunteer tutor to help them with their Grades 1-8 homework, especially reading. Volunteers are required to have excellent communication skills and will be engaging when working one on one with students. The program runs weekly (in-person) from the end of September throughout the remainder of the school year.

Time Commitment

Duration: 7 - 12 months
Weekday - Evening
Tuesday from 5:00-7:00pm
