Impact Statement Kitchener Public Library delivers! Our Visiting Library service provides free monthly deliveries of books and movies to Kitchener residents who are unable to access the library on their own due to age, illness or disability. Home Library Couriers deliver the joy of reading/viewing to those customers who reside in private homes, condominiums or apartment buildings. Library staff prepare Visiting Library bags for each customer, and the Home Library Courier delivers the bags to individuals who reside in their own home on a monthly basis. Mileage reimbursement based on established routes.
We are launching this role on a trial basis between September - December 2022.
