Bingo Coordinator

KW Water Polo Club

   About the Position

Impact Statement
By volunteering you will have an impact on everyone from beginners and amateur-level athletes to international competitors, who are all playing for the same purpose, to pursue their personal goals and enjoy doing what they love.

Our organization is run by local volunteers, who serve as executive members, coaches, team managers, special-event organizers and fundraisers.

KW Water Polo is looking to fill the position of Bingo Coordinator. Working at Bingos locally is our club's largest fundraiser every season, and is therefore very important to us. The role of the Bingo Coordinator is to create and manage the schedule of parent volunteers, and act as the lead at each of KW Water Polo's designated Bingo sessions throughout the year. Typically we are assigned one Bingo date per month, and the duties surrounding entail approx 3-4 hours of work each time. During an actual Bingo session, the Coordinator acts as a supervisor for all the other parent volunteers. Selling Bingo cards, counting money, announcing winners are all aspects of the job you should be comfortable with.
