Impact Statement
Volunteers play an integral role within the Food4Kids Waterloo Region family. They are the fuel for the engine that keeps us running. Each week, 90- 110 volunteers assist us in a myriad of positions ranging from administrative help, food bagging, assembly line set up, assembly line packing and delivering the food to schools & homes for the children we serve.

Description
Food4Kids Waterloo Region is making an open call for individuals to sit on our Board of Directors. You would be part of a dynamic team of community members in support of Food4Kids Waterloo Region. Board terms are two years with a maximum of two consecutive terms (or four years).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Determine the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
-Ensure strong fiduciary oversight, risk mitigation, financial management and growth strategies
-Ensure the strategic planning process is thorough and complete, as well as oversee its execution by Management
-Oversee the selection and performance management of the Executive Director
