Spark a Memory

Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington

   About the Position

Impact Statement
The Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington is dedicated to providing help for people with Alzheimer's disease and dementia and their caregivers in our community.

Join our team of dedicated board, staff and volunteers working to help our clients live their best day!

A photo book can be a precious link to someone’s past and the memories attached to those pictures. For someone living with dementia, looking at pictures can provide them with the chance to reminisce and elaborate on the pictures in front of them. Photo books serve as a valuable resource for caregivers and encourage reminiscent conversation. Your role would be to work directly with care partners over zoom creating a personalized photo book that once completed will be printed and given to the care partner for them to keep.
