   About the Position

Impact Statement
The LINK Picnic Festival and Carnival Costume Parade is an African and Caribbean Cultural Diaspora event including food, art, music and activities to engage the whole family. Your support helps us raise awareness of these cultures, reduce barriers to cultural harmony and collaboration, and link people up through the Arts. Join us for our second virtual festival. The date is August 21-22, 2021.

The volunteer will enforce Covid safety procedures and see that they are followed correctly. This includes the collection of information for contact tracing purposes and ensuring that masks are appropriately worn.

Ideal for: An Individual, Student Placement
Age: 16+

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: Information will be provided by the event coordinator.
Working Conditions: Rain or shine.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Accessible work space, Support Newcomers

Duration: 3 months or less
