Impact Statement The Royal Medieval Faire is a magical day where the medieval period comes alive in the 21st century. The day is full of games, medieval performers, vendors, dramatic productions, musicians, and swordplay. Every year, this Non-Profit Faire relies on dedicated volunteers to bring the festival alive and attract thousands of patrons to the annual event.

Description Act as the primary contact for fundraising/sponsorship opportunities and work with the Board of Directors to research, identify, and qualify new prospects. Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with sponsors.
Properly document and maintain contact database. Write, assemble and submit corporate funding requests, including letters of intent, solicitation letters, proposals, budgets, acknowledgements and presentations. Ensure prompt acknowledgement of gifts and sponsorships.
Maintain calendar to ensure timely submissions of proposals, grants, and reports. Develop growth strategy for new and potential donors.

Time Commitment
Duration: 7 - 12 months Start Date:2023-09-16 End Date:2023-09-16 Weekday - Daytime, Weekday - Evening, Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening, Anytime Hours vary throughout the year. The time commitment is about 1 to 5 hours per week, where hours will increase as the day of the event approaches. Post Faire (October – March) will have minimal hours commitment. Flexible hours. Attend Faire meetings as required. Ideally, you should be available on the festival date (Saturday, Sept 18, 2021) from 8:00am to 8:00pm to participate and help out at the festival.
