Do you love Bingo? Want to volunteer a few hours of your time on a weekly or monthly basis? We are looking for Charitable Bingo Support Volunteers for our Charity Gaming time slots at the Cambridge Bingo and Gaming Centre in Cambridge.

The focus of the role is on providing great customer service and being a customer ambassador.
- With a smiling face, welcome customers and thank them for supporting Community Support Connections
- Assist with Bingo games, being liaison between winners and Bingo caller
- Circulate in Cabinet Game area, chat with customers when appropriate
- If requested by the operator, assist with promotions - ie. handing out ballots, or prizes

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: - Online training is required prior to first shift, approximately 1 hour
- One shadow shift to be completed with experienced volunteer
- Your Program Coordinator is always available to discuss concerns and to provide ongoing support, as needed
- CSC offers regular volunteer educational workshops on various topics. All volunteers are notified of upcoming sessions
Working Conditions: You will be standing and walking for the entire 2 hour shift.
