Impact Statement Volunteers play a valuable role at both houses; their support is vital and integral to the ongoing operation of the hospice and is greatly appreciated.

Description Following your training you will provide laundry (washing/drying/folding) services at Innisfree on Homer Watson Blvd. The work is to be done according to infection control and laundry practice standards.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Volunteers will receive orientation from Innisfree House before starting. Volunteers must complete some training annually. Working Conditions: Protective equipment and training will be provided. Volunteers will report to Personal Support Workers and be monitored on a regular basis. Accessibility: Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 7 - 12 months Weekday - Daytime, Weekend - Daytime Shift can begin anytime and are typically 2-3 hours in length.
