   About the Position

Impact Statement
The LINK Picnic Festival and Carnival Costume Parade is an African and Caribbean Cultural Diaspora event that includes food, art, music and activities to engage the whole family. Your support helps us raise awareness of these cultures, reduce barriers to cultural harmony and collaboration, and link people up through the Arts.

Description
For this position volunteers can be 16 yrs or older and will be required to help artists with loading and unloading of their equipment; help keep the artists on time for their timed slots and help with stage set up.


Position Qualifications

Ideal for: An Individual, A Group, Student Placement
Age: 18+ Physical Demand, Work Without Supervision


Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: Training is scheduled in August 2021. Details will be provided closer to the event.
Working Conditions: Rain or Sun
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Accessible work space, Support Newcomers

Weekend - Daytime, Weekend - Evening
Anytime from 7am to 10pm Sat & Sun.
