Description Volunteers greet patients and visitors as they enter St. Mary's General Hospital and escort them to their desired location in the hospital. Volunteers also encourage the use of hand sanitizer as people enter the main doors. Volunteers must have excellent communication skills, great customer service skills, and be reliable.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Volunteers will be provided with a General Hospital Orientation, hands on training, and additional training as offered. Working Conditions: This volunteer role requires a lot of walking. Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Support volunteers with special needs, Accessible work space Transportation: On a bus route

Time Commitment
Duration: 7 - 12 months Weekday - Daytime We are currently looking for volunteers for one shift per week from 9:00am to noon or noon to 4:00pm during the weekdays.
